Who may use Destiny East amenities?

Owners and guests with valid wristbands are welcome to use the Destiny East Clubhouse, Pools, Spa, Fitness Center, Playground, Cabana Grill, Theater, and Tennis/Pickleball/Basketball courts.

How do I get a wristband?

Owners in good standing or their authorized property managers may pick up their annual bands beginning in January. Owners may allow their guests to use their wristbands. Owners in good standing may also purchase weekly bands. Please inquire at the Clubhouse.

I got a citation. What should I do?

Owners may pay the fee on the Owner Portal or in person at the Clubhouse. Guests must consult the owner for payment instructions. Do NOT go to the Clubhouse to discuss the citation as staff are not authorized to dismiss citations. If you wish to appeal the citation, see the instructions on the reverse side of the citation.

My house is for sale. Can I have an open house?

Yes! Opens houses are automatically scheduled the 1st and 3rd Sundays of each month from 10 am to 5 pm. Open houses are not permitted at any other time and will result in a citation.

Can I put a sign in my yard?

No. For sale or rental signs, banners, advertisements, temporary or permanent, are not permitted. Short-term rental signs must be affixed to the house and must meet the DEOA guidelines.

Can I rent the Clubhouse for an event?

Only owners in good standing may rent the Clubhouse. To learn more about how to rent the Clubhouse, go to Shared Documents/Clubhouse on the Owner Portal.
